Buyer guide

How to check original products before buying online.

Verification is a sequence of small checks. Start with the official source, collect proof points, and ask for clarification when the visible information is incomplete.

Step 01

Start with the manufacturer

Match the manufacturer name on the product, label, and official product page.

Step 02

Check the official product page

Compare the exact product name, format, pack size, active ingredient, or model specification.

Step 03

Check distributor or importer details

Look for a public distributor reference and compare it with any importer sticker shown on the product.

Step 04

Check batch and expiry guidance

Ask for a clear photo of the batch number, manufacturing date, and expiry date where relevant.

Step 05

Check barcode or product code

Use the barcode, GTIN, SKU, registration number, or model code as one proof point, not the only proof point.

Step 06

Compare label details

Check spelling, formulation, warnings, instructions, and visible label layout against an official reference.

Step 07

Ask for invoice or source

Ask the seller for an invoice or supply-source reference before purchasing.

Step 08

Be careful with unusually low prices

A price far below visible market ranges is a reason to request more proof, not a conclusion.

Step 09

Do not rely only on packaging photos

Stock photos cannot confirm the exact item, batch, distributor sticker, or condition you will receive.

Step 10

Contact the manufacturer when in doubt

Final verification should come from the official manufacturer, distributor, or relevant authority.
