These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ashmo.io ("the platform"), operated by Ashraf Hassan ("Ashmo") based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing the site or using any free or paid content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The platform is provided for general business, educational, and professional use. You agree to use it lawfully, not to interfere with its operation, not to access it through automated means without permission, and not to attempt to compromise its security.

Articles, frameworks, templates, guides, checklists, dashboards, Excel sheets, Notion templates, prompts, case studies, and downloadable resources published here are educational in nature. They reflect general industry knowledge, personal experience, and original interpretation. They are not professional advice for your specific business.

Where you purchase a digital product, course, template, workbook, or consulting package, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own business or organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, rebrand, sublicense, or republish the content. You may not use it to train AI models, build derivative products for sale, or create competing materials.

Nothing on this platform guarantees business success, revenue, profit, investment return, franchise approval, ecommerce performance, marketing performance, hiring outcomes, or legal or regulatory compliance. Results depend on your market, team, capital, execution, and many factors beyond our control. Examples are illustrative only.

Content does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, HR, real estate, investment, franchise, immigration, or regulatory advice unless we agree this separately in a written engagement letter. Always consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction before making decisions.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details. By purchasing, you authorise the charge and confirm your payment information is accurate.

Because digital products and downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are generally final. We will consider refund requests in good faith for: duplicate charges, non-delivery, or material defects in the product. Refund requests should be sent to hello@ashmo.io within 7 days of purchase. Consulting fees, once a session has commenced, are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform or any account where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraud, payment failure, breach of these Terms, or behaviour that puts the platform or other users at risk. Where access is terminated due to your material breach, fees are non-refundable.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or republish any content.
• Rebrand, translate, or scrape content for commercial use.
• Upload content into AI training datasets, prompt libraries, or large language model fine-tuning.
• Use content to build competing courses, products, or consulting offers.
• Remove copyright, attribution, or trademark notices.
• Use content for unlawful, defamatory, or misleading purposes.

All content is owned by Ashraf Hassan unless explicitly attributed to another author or licensor. See the Copyright & IP Policy for full detail.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Ashraf Hassan and ashmo.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of the site, its content, or any product purchased here. Total aggregate liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AED 1,000, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ashraf Hassan and ashmo.io from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

The platform may link to third-party sites, integrations, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy, or availability.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to internet outages, hosting provider failure, payment processor outage, government action, natural events, pandemics, war, civil unrest, or cyber incidents.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through informal discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
