Tier 1
Approved for reuse
Dataset pages with visible reuse terms such as CC BY 4.0. These sources can power original charts, KPI cards, and downloadable structured data when attribution is preserved.
Ashmo Intelligence / Methodology
Public-source intelligence for Middle East food and beverage operators. Premium interface, explicit governance, original visuals only.
Governance, attribution, transparency
Ashmo Intelligence is designed like a premium intelligence product, but it is governed like a cautious publisher. The section prefers official open data, public institutions, and visible attribution over opaque, copyrighted, or paywalled market-share libraries.
The five rules
Public and authoritative sources first.
Original charts only. Never republish third-party report visuals.
Visible attribution on every metric, signal, and report block.
If reuse rights are unclear, the source becomes citation-only or blocked.
Operator usefulness beats vanity data. A smaller safe dataset is better than a larger risky one.
Tier 1
Dataset pages with visible reuse terms such as CC BY 4.0. These sources can power original charts, KPI cards, and downloadable structured data when attribution is preserved.
Tier 2
Public institutions and official releases that are valuable but do not expose clear dataset-level reuse rights in the source record. These stay linked, attributed, and descriptive.
Tier 3
Proprietary publishers, market-share decks, and paywalled reports remain off-limits until the owner has explicit licensing rights. No screenshots, copied charts, or extracted tables.
Primary source stack
These records are intentionally verbose because every chart, card, and report page in the section needs to inherit visible governance context.
Source disclosure
Primary engine for reusable comparison charts. Never use World Bank logos or imply endorsement.
Source disclosure
Use this page as a governance reference, then validate the license on each underlying dataset before publishing charts.
Source disclosure
Approved for future direct charting once the dataset rows are wired into the site build or CMS pipeline.
Source disclosure
Safe for descriptive summary and operator commentary. Avoid raw-data ingestion until dataset licensing is confirmed separately.
Source disclosure
Use as a demand narrative layer beside approved-reuse datasets rather than as the raw chart engine.
Source disclosure
Important official source, but treated as citation-only in this starter build because no dataset license is exposed in the release itself.
Source disclosure
The public platform terms were accessible, but the referenced open-data license file was not reliably retrievable in this environment, so this build keeps Saudi datasets in review mode by default.
Source disclosure
Useful for launch planning and editorial triangulation, but not yet the raw chart engine.
What this section will not do
Republish paywalled charts, report screenshots, or branded publisher visuals.
Present private market-share figures as if they are open facts.
Use third-party logos or imply endorsement by data providers.
Treat generic macro indicators as substitutes for internal operator economics.
Standard disclaimer
Data on this section is compiled from public sources and summarized for informational purposes. Original source rights remain with their respective owners. Nothing on these pages is investment advice, and any cited third-party brand, trademark, or dataset remains the property of its owner.
When source rights are unclear, the section stays descriptive. No raw data tables, copied charts, or downloadable extracts are published until the governance status changes.
