ashmo.io is an independent educational and advisory platform. All material is based on general industry knowledge, publicly available information, personal professional experience over many years, and original frameworks developed and authored by Ashraf Hassan.

The platform does not disclose, reference, or rely on confidential information belonging to any current or former employer, client, partner, vendor, franchisee, supplier, or third party. No proprietary systems, confidential campaigns, private financial data, internal strategies, employee information, recipes, supplier terms, franchise documents, or trade secrets are intentionally shared.

Any case-study, scenario, or example used on the platform is generalised, anonymised, modified, fictionalised, or based on publicly available information. Brand names of employers or clients are not used unless prior written permission has been obtained, or the information is already public.

The platform takes conflict of interest seriously. Topics, examples, and recommendations are chosen to avoid competing directly with any employer business. Where a topic could create perceived conflict, it is either avoided, generalised, or clearly framed as personal opinion grounded in public information.

Ashmo reserves the right to edit, anonymise, restrict, or remove content at any time at sole discretion, particularly where new information suggests a confidentiality or conflict-of-interest risk.

Pre-Publish Checklist

Before any article, framework, case study, course, or template is published, the following internal checklist is applied:

  • Does this reference a current or former employer or client?
  • Does this reveal internal information not in the public domain?
  • Does it include private numbers, budgets, revenue, margins, conversion rates, vendor terms, or internal reports?
  • Is every fact verifiable from public sources or original analysis?
  • Is any example sufficiently generalised or anonymised?
  • Could it create a real or perceived conflict of interest?
  • Could it be seen as competing with an employer?
  • Is any third-party material properly licensed or attributed?
  • Has any AI-assisted content been reviewed and edited for accuracy?
  • Should this be rewritten as a fictional or general illustration?
  • Decision: Publish / Edit / Do Not Publish / Seek Legal Review.
